Greg Pelletier began his career in the field, spending more than 20 years on the producer and wholesaler side of the financial services industry. With over 27 years of experience, he brings a front-line perspective and deep understanding of how sales and service organizations operate on a daily basis. His hands-on insight continues to shape his work today, helping companies bridge the gap between powerful technology and practical, real-world execution.

As the founder of 3G Practice Consulting, Greg specializes in CRM strategy, data optimization, technology integrations, and scalable workflow design. His unique approach blends deep industry fluency with a systems-thinking mindset – ensuring that technology isn’t just implemented, but truly adopted. Having supported over 6,000 producers and hundreds of companies, he designs CRM environments that reflect the way teams actually work, enabling sustainable growth and improved performance.

Greg’s background spans all levels of distribution, from personal production and national accounts to carrier partnerships and enterprise-wide CRM transformations. He’s known for his ability to break down intricate challenges and develop solutions that are not only effective, but also easy to use and maintain. His working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Java, and Apex—allows him to seamlessly connect business strategy with technical execution.

Born and raised in Boston, Greg now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two dogs. When he’s not working, he enjoys international travel, exploring blockchain and emerging technologies, and spending time with family and friends.

Josie Charlton brings over two decades of financial services and consulting experience to 3G Practice Consulting. With a rare blend of operational precision and relational insight, she specializes in building advisor-facing systems that are not only efficient but truly usable. Her career spans executive leadership, CRM strategy, and client success — all rooted in a deep understanding of how to align technology with real-world human behavior.

Prior to joining 3G, Josie served as Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million-dollar insurance and planning firm, where she led firmwide initiatives in workflow design, CRM optimization, and high-net-worth case management. Her earlier experience includes founding her own consulting firm focused on advisor technology, and serving as lead software trainer at Ebix, helping advisors nationwide adopt and implement SmartOffice CRM.

Josie’s expertise lies in translating vision into structure — building scalable systems for growth while preserving the culture and client intimacy that successful firms are built on. Her experience spans both startup-like chaos and highly structured family-owned firms, allowing her to tailor strategies that work for each unique environment.

As a lifelong advocate for the advisor experience, Josie thrives in client-facing settings, forging long-term relationships and coaching teams through change. She also brings a personal passion for the industry, having grown up working in her family’s insurance agency and developing a deep appreciation for the balance between relationships, legacy, and business growth.

A mother of four based in the Chicago suburbs, Josie embodies the thoughtful blend of strategy and empathy that defines 3G’s approach. She partners with clients to bring clarity, structure, and sustainable momentum to every engagement — whether optimizing a CRM, onboarding a new producer, or designing advisor workflows that are user friendly and drive productivity.
