3G Practice Consulting, LLC ("3G," "we," "us") provides operations and business systems consulting to financial services firms. This policy explains what we collect through 3gpconsulting.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover work we perform inside a client's own systems under a separate engagement agreement.
Our Contact page uses Calendly to book meetings. When you schedule, Calendly collects the name, email address, and any details you enter on the booking form, and sends them to our Microsoft 365 email and calendar. We use this only to prepare for and hold the meeting you requested.
Our site hosts an AI chat assistant. To use it you provide a work email address. The assistant records the conversation so we can improve it. If your question needs a person, the assistant does not send your question anywhere on its own — it refers you to contact Greg Pelletier directly by email or phone, and you decide whether to reach out.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth, policy numbers, health information, or any other personal information about you or a client in the chat. It is not built to receive that, and we ask you not to send it.
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of our dealings with you.
Our site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard technical information including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use this to understand traffic and keep the site working. Google processes this data under its own policies, and you can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
We use cookies for basic site function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work normally if you do.
We use established vendors to run the site and our business. They may process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us:

We keep inquiries and correspondence as long as needed for the purpose collected and for our business and legal records, then delete or anonymize them. Chat transcripts are kept while we are improving the assistant and are deleted when no longer needed.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and reputable vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is for business use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Our site links to other organizations and to tools we use or recommend, some through affiliate links. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information to them.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
